So maybe you don't have the fancy machines and freedom to go out running/walking... you can do other things!

HERE are a list of the top/best weightloss secrets!:

*Exercise is very important to firm muscles as fat is lost, and in the long term to prevent weight gain. (use a step, even the back door step, or the stair case - step up and down.. start with 50 times each leg)

*Water – drink water in-between meals instead of snacking… WATER intake increases fluid of body systems resulting in burning fat quicker and faster

*Sunshine – Vit D

*Breakfasts – best secret of weightloss is a good breakfast

  • Do not eat after 6pm... best to skip supper or just eat an Apple.

*Do not eat between meals

*Eat lots of fibre (raw fruit & veges) to keep your colon clean

*Cut out alcohol – high sugar & calories & weakens the willpower

*A high fibre diet will help you to control your weight problem. It gives you a sense of fullness after a meal, thus curbing the desire to eat more. The best sources of this fibre are whole grains and beans.

*Salad foods are good for you but are not as high in fibre as most people believe. Thus salad food diets, alone, will not provide you with the quantity of fibre that you need. Be sure to eat whole grains and legumes as well.

*Start the day with fresh fruit, grapefruit

& a good plate of wholegrain porridge [no salt].

*Use soya milk rather than dairy milk.

*Drink plenty of water herbal tea or fresh unsweetened fruit drinks.

*A piece of fruit with each meal [ie three times a day]

*Double helping of vegetables with main meals [this will mean buying more vegetables]

*Replace meat with soya-beans, Lentils, nuts, grains, chickpeas, black-eyed beans…

*Avoid overeating. Always leave the table feeling as if you could have eaten more.

*Chew at least 30 times… eat slowly!

*Enjoy your food!
